ATS is the software studio of Adulis, based at 11420 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90025. "We" and "us" mean ATS; "you" means the person or business using our services.
A website subscription covers what is listed on the plan you selected at the time you subscribed: the build, hosting, an SSL certificate, and the ongoing work described for that plan. Plan contents are shown on our pricing pages and may be improved over time; we will not reduce what your plan includes without telling you first.
Subscriptions are monthly, paid in advance, and continue until cancelled. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops the next payment; the month you have already paid for runs to its end and is not refunded. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
We sometimes build a preview website for a business that has not asked for one, and then contact that business to show them. If that is how you found us: you owe nothing. No payment is due unless you actively choose to subscribe. A preview site is not a bill, an invoice, or a renewal notice, and ignoring it costs you nothing. If you would like the preview taken down, tell us and we will remove it.
Your business name, logo, photographs and text remain yours. You give us permission to use them for the purpose of building and running your site. Where a preview site is built from publicly available information, such as a public business listing, we will correct or remove anything you tell us is wrong.
On cancellation you keep your domain and your own content. The underlying templates, code and tooling we use across customers remain ours.
If we register a domain for you, you are the registrant of record. You can transfer it away at any time, and we will help at no cost.
Do not use a site we host for anything unlawful, deceptive, or infringing. We may suspend a site that is being used that way, or that puts our hosting at risk.
We aim to keep sites available at all times and monitor them, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Where a plan includes uptime monitoring, that means we watch for outages and act on them — not that outages will never happen.
We are liable for what we do wrong, but our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. We are not liable for lost profits or lost business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Larger custom software work is governed by the written proposal and agreement for that project, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
If we change these terms materially, we will email active subscribers at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and disputes fall to the courts of Los Angeles County.
