This policy covers ats.adulis.com and the websites we host for our customers. It explains what we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.
When you contact us. Our forms ask for a name and an email address, and optionally a phone number, company, timeline and budget, and whatever you write in the message box. We collect this so we can reply.
When you subscribe. Stripe collects and processes your payment details. We receive your name, email address, phone number if you gave one, and the plan and status of your subscription. We never see or store your full card number.
When you visit. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. This records your approximate location, browser and device, and which pages you viewed. We do not use it to identify you personally.
On sites we host for a business. If you fill in a quote or enquiry form on a site we host, we pass what you submit to that business so they can reply to you, and we store it so it is not lost. If you attach a photo, it is stored privately for the same purpose.
Only the services that make ours work: Amazon Web Services (hosting and storage), Stripe (payments), Google Analytics (visit statistics), and Calendly (if you book a call). Each sees only what it needs.
Enquiries are kept for up to two years so we have a record of what was asked and agreed. Records tied to payments are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner.
Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will not ask you to justify the request. If you are in a place with specific data rights, such as California or the EU, we will honour those rights regardless of where you are.
Everything is served over HTTPS. Stored data sits in access-controlled AWS services. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers.
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top and email active subscribers.
